• Vehicle Sales: We facilitate the sale of classic cars through consignment.
• Vehicle Inspections: We conduct thorough inspections of each vehicle to ensure transparency and quality.
• Nationwide & International Shipping: We coordinate secure, door-to-door shipping for vehicles sold through our platform.

3. Vehicle Information

We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of vehicles listed on our Site are accurate. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the vehicle listings. All vehicles are sold “as-is” after a comprehensive inspection.

4. Sales Process

For vehicle purchases, once the buyer and seller have agreed to terms:

• A written agreement will be provided to outline the sale terms.
• Payment must be made via wire transfer or another accepted method.
• We offer a 30-day/150-mile inspection period for buyers, as detailed in our policy. If the vehicle is not satisfactory, we offer a money-back guarantee within this period.

5. Shipping

We offer shipping services to both domestic and international buyers. Shipping costs and arrangements will vary depending on the destination and type of vehicle. All shipping logistics are handled directly through Premier Motorsports NJ.

6. Payment

Payments for vehicle purchases are accepted via wire transfer. The full payment must be completed before ownership is transferred or shipping occurs. We do not accept unconventional payment methods such as gift cards or cryptocurrency.

7. Limitation of Liability

Premier Motorsports NJ is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, sale, or use of any vehicle. While we strive to provide accurate information and transparency, we cannot guarantee the long-term performance of vehicles after the sale.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Premier Motorsports NJ, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or services.
